Lauren Loves
It has been a hot minute since I have created a Lauren Loves post! Lauren Loves is a roundup of products that I am personally loving and/or have bought for my closet. Therefore, everything has my stamp of approval for Fall 2022! I sometimes struggle to create these posts, because I do not always want to push items on followers or present things that only appeal to women. However, fashion is why I started Closet Hook in the first place, so these posts are about me staying true to what I love. I hope you find something here that you love as well. Let’s get to it!
Chocolate Brown Everything
Clearly, this is not one particular item, but more of a theme. However, chocolate brown is exploding all over Fall 2022 fashion and I am here for it. While I won’t be getting rid of my black wardrobe pieces, this color is a great neutral alternative. Plus, it pairs wonderfully with black too! Here are some gorgeous pieces in chocolate brown:
Reformation Mason Trousers
High-waisted, wide leg trousers are having a major moment this fall, and I am here for it! They are chic for work, but give the comfort we all desire! Pair these pants with a sleek button down, tissue turtleneck or bodysuit and you have a winning work outfit formula. I love taking the guess work out of getting ready in the morning!
*side note- these pans run long. I had mine hemmed to make them the right length. Always bring shoes when you go to get pants hemmed, so they can make the adjustments based on the right length needed. I am a firm believer that alterations is a great investment, because it will ensure you will wear your garments. The hemming only cost $25, and is well worth making these pants fit perfectly!
Western Style Boots
Western style boots seem to be timeless (in my opinion), and you don’t have to have a trip planned to Montana to wear this style. It goes with everything! I was in need of a boot refresh and purchased a few affordable options for this season!
Rails Clothing
Rails is ON FIRE for Fall 2022! Rails is one of my favorite affordable clothing companies that delivers basics that are incredibly well-made with beautiful fabric. Here are a few of my favorite pieces from them this season:
